Smothers Brothers of Blues Indiegogo
A daughter of the Blues, Crystal "Qnef" Smothers, just launched an Indiegogo fundraising campaign to produce a documentary on her late father Chicago Blues pioneer Otis Big Smokey Smothers and bluesman uncle Abe Little Smokey Smothers. Preserving history and telling the story of two bluesmen who were influential in the blues community recording with such blues legends as Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, Little Walter, Bo Diddley, Charles Musselwhite, Ms. Smothers wrote and produced the much anticipated documentary. Iconostar Productions is the producer, along with Ari'ze Women Network.
